Stevenson’s Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management Program Receives IACBE Accreditation

Stevenson University is pleased to announce our Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management program has been externally accredited by the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE).

The Healthcare Management program is offered through Stevenson’s Brown School of Business and Leadership. It is designed to give graduates the knowledge, skills, abilities, and technological competencies essential to be successful in healthcare administration, from analyzing healthcare data to making decisions that impact the delivery of healthcare services and communicating with different stakeholders. In addition to theoretical preparation, all students in the program gain practical experience by completing internships at leading healthcare organizations, such as the Johns Hopkins Hospital, Mercy Medical Center, MedChi, the Maryland State Medical Society, and LifeBridge Health.

The BS in Healthcare Management is the sixth Brown School of Business and Leadership program to receive IACBE accreditation. The other IACBE-accredited programs are the Bachelor of Science in AccountingBachelor of Science in Business AdministrationBachelor of Science in Fashion MerchandisingBachelor of Science in Marketing; and Master of Science in Healthcare Management.
