The Professional Grounds Management Society® (PGMS®) has recognized McDaniel College for excellence in grounds maintenance.
The college received an Honor Award from PGMS in the 2020 Green Star Awards® competition. This is the fourth time that McDaniel has received the award in the university and college grounds (mid-size- 200-499 acres) category for exceptional grounds maintenance.
The Green Star Awards program brings national recognition to grounds maintained with a high degree of excellence, complimenting other national landscape award programs that recognize outstanding landscape design and construction.
