Aubrey Waddick serves as the Research Analyst for the Maryland Independent College and University Association (MICUA). She uses her skills in statistical modeling, survey analysis, and computational programming to provide data driven insights on independent higher education in the state. A first-generation college student, Waddick graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Augustana College in 2016. She continued her education at Penn State and earned an M.A. in Political Science in 2018. She is currently finishing a dual-title PhD in Political Science and Asian Studies from Penn State and expects to graduate in Spring 2022.
