Under Armour SVP of global communications, entertainment, and events to speak at Loyola

Loyola University Maryland’s Sellinger School of Business and Management welcomes Diane Pelkey, senior vice president of global communications, entertainment, and events at Under Armour, for the annual DeFrancis Lecture on Thursday, Nov. 10 at 6 p.m. in McGuire Hall.
Pelkey, who has been with Under Armour since 2008, will discuss Under Armour’s winning PR strategy. In her current role, Pelkey manages all of the global internal and external communications, events, and talent relations. During her time at Under Armour she has helped to develop the communications strategy to launch global brand campaigns, innovative products, company profiles, and brand immersion for Under Armour’s elite athlete ambassadors, including Tom Brady, Cam Newton, Misty Copeland, and Lindsey Vonn. She has also developed long-term communications programs and provided strategic counsel to Under Armour executives.
